Anxious Dog - Have you ever seen a dog wearing a yellow collar, lead or harness?    29 May, 2018

Have you ever seen a dog wearing a yellow collar, lead of harness?

Do you know what it means?

Some dogs can be very anxious or worried, and their owners need to make sure they are safe. If they become bery anxious or frightened, they may bark loudly or snap at people, and that can be dangerous.

Their owners make sure they are wearing yellow, so that everyone knows they are anxious and need their own space. This means that you should not pet them or stroke them as this might frighten them.

So, if you see a dog wearing yellow, always remember that this means they are an anxious dog and give them room. This will keep you, and the dog, safe and means that the dog will not be frightened, but can run around and play happily.
