This planning application also sought full planning permission for the main accesses to the development and additional facilities including a “Learning Village” and Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace (SANG).

The principle of residential development at the site has been established by the granting of this outline permission. Detailed plans for the new homes now need to be agreed via reserved matters planning applications.
