|Helping residents respond to the SHELAA (potential housing sites) 2 December, 2016|
Bracknell Forest Council are seeking feedback on sites that have come forward as being potentially suitable for development - this is known as the SHELAA (Strategic Housing and Economic Land Availabiltiy Assessment).
Many residents have let us know they are concered about the sites that have come forward in Binfield. To help, Binfield Parish Councillors will be available on Saturday 10 December between 10am and 2pm at the Parish Office, Foxley Fields, Benetfeld Road. If you are concerned and want to feedback to Bracknell on why a site isnt suitable for development then pop in and Councillors can help with policies (such as those included in the Neighbourhood Plan), can share what other residents may have already put forward etc.
The deadline for feedback to BFC is Monday 19 December. You can find more details here: http://consult.bracknell-forest.gov.uk/portal/planning/clp/shelaa_2016/strategic_housing_and_economic_land_availabilty_assessment_final_draft_and_site_selection_methodology_2016[+ go back...]
